All 15 riders finished in one group at 18h after a 3:30am start in Faucon. We ascended the Ventoux via Malaucene then headed cross-country via the challenging and spectacular Verdon Gorge. 300km and 6000m of ascent. Incredible.

Mont Ventoux to Alpe d'Huez.
First tour of the season completed. 17 riders rode from Faucon to Alpe d'Huez. 300km and 7000m of climbing - oof!

2014 Corima was a great success with awesome weather. As was the Luberon training camp, again perfect weather all week. An incredible amount of distance covered with some riders clocking over 100 miles every day.

2013 - Routes du Ventoux is back on the Calendar and has been moved from September to Sunday April the 14th.

La Corima - Craig was 2nd overall in the 104km event. He made the break with 30km to go and held on for 2nd place out of 275 riders with an amazing average speed of 41kmh. This event gets stronger each year with limited entries of just 1000 filling up rapidly in 2011.

Rout des Helviens - In the short event Craig was 8th overall and 1st in the Veterans category after almost three hours riding in heavy rain.

La Ventoux - After 2 seasons away from ascending by the Bedoin ascent the route is now back to the classic Bedoin climb and getting more riders every year. Veloventoux guest Joanne Merrit from Edinburgh was 2nd female in this classic event. Chapeau!!

La Marmotte - A fantastic weekend up at Alpe d'Huez with 48 riders and only one DNF.

Unfortunately 2 great Ventoux events were cancelled this year including the Vauclusienne from Vaison la Romaine and The Routes du Ventoux from Villes sur Auzon. We've kept them off the schedule for 2012 but if they are back on we'll let you know.
